Learn how to bake authentic “Hönökaka” bread over an open wood fired oven. Do it with friends or family, or arrange it to complement a conference. A fun and different activity that takes about 2 hours.
You will be guided through the various stages of baking the bread. While the dough is rising, coffee will be served with fresh cinnamon buns.
Recipes and aprons to borrow are included.
