Lobster safari - day activity
Join us for a truly memorable experience. Help pull in the lobster pots out at sea and experience a salt sprayed adventure along with an experienced skipper. Drinks + sandwiches are provided during the tour.
We’ll meet at Havskatten, in "Svennes" boathouse, where we’ll go through safety on board, and try out flotation suits and rubber boots that are available to borrow in different sizes.
After that we’ll be ready to cast off and go out to sea on our fishing boat "Port Said" which is a Viknes 1030, with room for maximum 8 people. The boat trip takes about 4 hours.
On the trip, we pull in the lobster pots, empty them, bait them and put them out in the sea again. We’ll have a stop for beer/drinks and sandwiches. The price includes caught crabs to take home. Lobster is available at a good price.
Can be booked every day during the lobster fishing season. The lobster fishing premiere for 2023 takes place on Monday 25 September.
